Cancellation policy for digital content and digital services (EU/EEA)
Scope
This notice applies to consumers who are usually resident in the EU/EEA and have distance contracts for digital content (e.g. downloads/streams of audio/video/Anki/PDF) and digital services (e.g. subscription access). The legal basis is Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, implemented in the respective national law (e.g. Italy: Codice del Consumo). European Commission+1
1) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (for digital content/services). eur-lex.europa.eu
2) Exercising the right of withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail) of your decision. You can use the sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. An online form can be provided; we will confirm receipt on a durable medium (e-mail). The timely dispatch of the declaration is decisive. eur-lex.europa.eu
3) Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal; we shall use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for your payment. eur-lex.europa.eu
Digital content: There is no obligation to return the goods; we will block further access and may terminate the possibility of use (e.g. account access).. Digital Fairness Act
Digital services (subscriptions): If you have requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period without grounds for termination (see section 4), you may be liable to pay compensation for services already rendered. eur-lex.europa.eu
4) Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires if we have begun to fulfil a contract for digital content that is not provided on a physical data carrier (e.g. download/streaming) after you
(a) have expressly agreed that we may commence performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
(b) have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. legislation.gov.uk

In the case of digital services (subscriptions), the right of withdrawal may lapse if the service has been provided in full within the specified period with your explicit consent or, depending on the conditions, may be subject to compensation if the service has already been initiated at your request.
